| 摘 要： | 本实验研究了用双波长分光光度法以锌试剂为显色剂,同时测定葡萄酒中的微量元素铁和锌,铁离子的检出限为0～20μg／25 ml,锌离子的检出限为0～30μg／25 ml。本法简便易行,结果可靠,能够同时测定葡萄酒生产中铁离子和锌离子的含量,为葡萄酒生产的质量控制和储存期对品质的影响提供一种途径。

| Abstract: | This experimental study take the zinc reagent as the developer with the double wavelength spectrophotometry (DWS), simultaneously determined the trace element iron and the zinc in the grape wine, the Fe3+ picks out limits 0 -20μg/25 ml, the Zn2+ picks out limits 0 -30μg/25 ml. The result is reliable, can simultaneously determine the Fe3+ and theZn2 + content in the grape wine production, the influence provides one way for the grape wine production quality control and the storage time to the quality. |
