摘    要:为了解决热敏物料在间歇蒸馏中遇到的物料受热破坏问题,在研究热敏物料的热稳定性的基础上,提出了一种旨在大幅度缩短被分离物料受热时间的新型循环釜式间歇蒸馏操作法,并进行了理论上的分析。


A Study on the Batch Distillation Operation Method for Separating Heat-Sensitive Materials by Recycling Reboiler Holdup I. Basic Principle and Mathematical Simulation
Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis ot thermal stability of heat sensitive ma- terials and reliability degradation index of separation equipment, a new type of operation method of batch distillation by recycling reboiler holdup is investigated with a view to reducing the residential time ot thermally unstable substances in the heat zone of the column. A rule for choosing proper separation column according to the different thermal stability of heat sensitive materials has been proposed. An overall theoretical analysis of this operating system is made in this paper.
