涤纶半镶嵌接枝丝胶蛋白功能性面料的研究

摘    要:涤纶具有突出的服用性能,丝胶蛋白具有良好生物相容性,因此结合涤纶与丝胶蛋白可望得到服用性能和生物相容性都良好的高功能复合面料。本文研究了在涤纶表面层半镶嵌蔗糖脂肪酸酯赋予其可反应基团,并通过交联剂,制备了涤纶/丝胶蛋白复合面料。扫描电镜结果表明:半镶嵌后涤纶表面明显覆盖了一层化合物,接枝后表面覆盖层更厚;红外光谱显示,丝胶蛋白接枝在涤纶上;DSC分析表明复合面料热稳定性增加;X射线衍射表明镶嵌后涤纶结晶度有所下降,但用醋酸处理后结晶度略有上升。服用性能测试表明:丝胶蛋白牢固的接枝在涤纶表面;织物吸湿性、抗静电性明显改善,折皱弹性保持良好,并通过柔软剂处理保持良好的柔软度。

Abstract:Polyester has outstanding wearability, while sericin protein has excellent biocompatibility. If they are combined together, a high functional polyester/sericin protein fabric can be produced with both remarkable wearability and biocompatibility. In this paper, polyester was first semi-encased with sucrose ester under high temperature to endue it with reactable groups, and then grafted with sericin protein by crosslinkage compound. SEM photograph showed that a layer of materials had been appendiculate on surface of polyester fibre. FTIR indicated that sericin protein had been grafted on polyester. DSC showed that thermal stability of polyester had been improved. XRD showed that the crystalinity degree of encased polyester decreased while that of grafted polyester treated by acetic acid increased slightly. The wearablity of sericin protein/polyester was also studied. The results shows that sericin protein was fastened on the surface of polyester fabric. With the increase of sericin protein content on polyester, the moisture region increased monotonously; antistatic property was improved; the cockle elasticity decreased a little and flexural stiffness increased dramatically. Soft treatment was applied to improve its pliancy.
