摘    要:考虑到影响北斗导航业务处理分系统评估的因素具有一定的模糊性和不确定性,提出了一种基于模糊综合评判的方法.首先确定影响该系统评估的各种因素,然后将各种因素的评价集构造成模糊综合评判矩阵,并利用Delphi方法确定因素重要程度模糊集,最后应用加权平均模糊综合评判模型完成对系统的评估.通过仿真实验证明,方法能够得出较为客观准确的评估结果,因此,对国内的北斗导航定位系统后续的发展具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Since there are many fuzzy and uncertain factors in Beidou navigation service processing system evaluation,this paper puts forward a method based on fuzzy comprehensive judgment.Firstly,determining the member of factors and constructing the fuzzy comprehensive judgment matrix by them,and then using the Delphi method to determine the factor importance degree fuzzy sets,finally using weighted averaging fuzzy comprehensive judgment model to complete the evaluation.And it is proved that the result generated fro...
