摘    要:对45钢B-Cr-RE共渗和渗硼层的显微组织进行了观察研究,结果发现,与渗硼层相比,B-Cr-RE共渗层主要由Fe2B相组成,齿状硼化物细长平直,中部组织更加致密,疏松较轻,外层空洞细小,淬火及氧化后的组织变化不大。

Abstract:The microstructure and phase constructure of chrome RE boronized layer are studied.The result shows that compared with boronized layer,the microstructure of chrome RE boronized layer is relatively compact,the boride tooth tend to become thinner,straighter with no FeB phase in the layer,and the cavities in outer layer are very small.Moreover,the results also show that the RE element tends to equilibrium segregation to the grain boundaries,but the distribution of chrome is uniform in the layer.
