表面修饰TiO2纳米颗粒在齿轮油中的应用研究

摘    要:文章介绍了一种表面修饰TiO2纳米颗粒在齿轮油中的应用研究,内容包括其在齿轮油复合剂配方中的极压抗磨性能、减摩性能和适应性考察等,并对纳米添加剂与硫化烯烃之间的复配作用进行了评价。结果表明,所制备的TiO2纳米颗粒在齿轮油中具有良好的减摩抗磨作用和优异的极压性能,在高档齿轮油的研发工作中具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:The application properties of a kind of TiO2 nanoparticles in gear oil were studied, such as the EP/AW capacity, friction - reducing ability and the adaptability of the nanoparticles and so on. Moreover, the synergisms between TiO2 nano- particles with sulfurized olefin were evaluated. The results showed that the prepared nanoparticles possess good antiwear and friction - reducing abilities and excellent extreme pressure property. It has potential application value in the development of high quality gear oils.
