热处理对电解二氧化锰性能的影响

摘    要:经200℃热处理的电解二氧化锰,通过热分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析以及表面pH值和表面积的测定,说明与未处理的电解二氧化锰相比性质发生了变化。经200℃热处理的电解二氧化锰失去部分结合水而使其红外吸收峰和X射线衍射峰位移,晶面间距减小,Mn-O键力增强,O—H键力减弱,表面pH值降低,比表面积增大,于是出现放电容量增大、电位下降等现象

Abstract:The methods of thermal analysis,XRD,IR,ZIA and pH measuring were employed to distinguish EMD and the heat-treated EMD.The results of heat-treated EMD showed that a part of combined water lost,pH descended,the diffraction peaks of XRD and the absorptive peaks of IR displaced,the face interval distance of crystal reduced,the force of Mn-O bond strengthened,the force of O-H bond weakened.These properties of physical chemistry led to that discharge capacity increased,dicharge curve was smooth and the potential descended.
