| 摘 要： | 尼龙网眼布和棉细平布经过刺绣后贴合成双层织物,再经过圆网印制烂花浆,使面层的棉细平布烂成一朵朵花,露出底层的尼龙网布,再分别染棉和尼龙,获得古朴俏皮的风格。文中介绍了尼棉双层织物烂花加工工艺和注意事项。

| Abstract: | Burnt out printing process and the related precautions of nylon/cotton double layer fabric are introduced. Double layer fabric is prepared by bonding of nylon mesh and cotton plain by embroidering, and then rotary screen printing with burnt out paste is carried out followed by dyeing of cotton and nylon respectively, which can obtain lively and lovely style with flower pattern of cotton plain on the face side and partly exposed nylon mesh. |
