印染企业节能技改项目的监测分析

摘    要:湿布定形、使用回收余热的溴化锂热水空调以及车间废水热能回收是印染企业实施的三大节能技术改造项目。现场监测分析表明,采用湿布定形可减少一道烘干工序,一年可节省2 200.7吨标煤;以用热设备的蒸汽冷凝水和高温外排废气的余热资源制取热水,再驱动溴化锂制冷机组,单台机组每年可节约1 045.4吨标煤;采用板式热交换器回收车间废水余热,每年可节约标煤8 291.5吨,还可减少燃煤锅气对环境的影响。

Abstract:Technical principles of technical transformation project for damp setting, lithium bromide air conditioner using waste heat and heat recovery of plant wastewater are introduced. One step of drying process is cut, and 2 200.7 tons of standard coal per year can be saved. Hot water prepared with steam condensate of heat equipment and waste heat of exhaust efflux is used to drive the lithium bromide air conditioner, and 1 045.4 tons of standard coal can be saved annually with single air conditioner. Waste heat is recovered using plate heat exchanger, and 8 291.5 tons of standard coal can be saved per year, and the impact of coal fired gas on the environment is reduced.
