摘    要:通过对汽车生产线传输和驱动系统进行改进,应用机械优化思想,把滚珠丝杠系统改为液压传动系统,增加机动辊床的扭矩,使升降机、悬链、辊床系统之间传输顺畅,降低设备故障停工时间,降低维修成本,提高劳动生产率.实践证明了该方法的有效性,具有推广应用价值.

Abstract:Transmission and driving systems of the automobile production line are improved by shifting ball bearing to fluid driving, using the mechanism optimization concept. That is to increase torque of the roller so that chains and roller conduct smoothly and equipment failer time and maintain cost are reduced, productivity is increased as well. The goal of this project is to solve the transmission problem of shifting products from ground to upair chain. This project will bring some value to transmission equipment design.
