物元可拓法在黄河水质评价中的改进及其应用

摘    要:可拓学论著中,定义了“可拓集合用取(-∞,∞)的实数来表示事物具有某种性质的程度,正数表示具有该性质的程度,负数表示不具有该性质的程度,零则表示既具有该性质又不具有该性质",即数学中的“+"、“-"号作为定性之用.而物元可拓法以最大关联度作为评定准则,把“+"、“-"号作为定量之用.针对物元可拓法在实际应用中的不足之处,本文提出了改进方法,其实质是改变了物元可拓法的关联度和评定准则,同时将改进后的方法应用于黄河水质综合评价中,使最终的评价结果更具合理性.

Abstract: It is defined in the extension monograph that “the extension concourse uses real numbers ranging in (-∞, ∞) to denote the character degree of some  things. Positive number denotes the degree of the character that things have, while the negative ones denotes the character degree that things do not have, and zero denotes the character that things have as well as have not". The “+" and “-" symbols are used for qualitative objective. The “+" and “-" symbols are used for quantification for the matter element extension method, which  take the maximum degree of relationship as the rule of assessment.. The improvement of  this matter-element extension method is put forth, of which the essential is to improve the relationship degree and the rule of assessment. In addition, the improved method is applied to the water quality assessment of Yellow River with more rational results.
