岩溶地区钻孔灌注桩的设计与施工方案研究

摘    要:介绍了湖北某工程在复杂地质条件下钻孔灌注桩设计与施工的全过程。该工程地处岩溶地区,基岩裂隙极为发育且溶洞表现形式多样,伴随大量土洞出现。为保证工程质量,在设计与在施工过程中从地基处理到钻孔成桩采用了防渗灌浆、钢护筒、扩孔钻头等一系列新工艺和新方法,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:The whole procedure of design and construction of boring cast in place concrete pile under complicated geological condition in HuBei province is introduced.The building ground belings to Karst area with vacious and a large number of caves,and with developed bedrock fissures.To ensure the roject's quality of construction.a series of new techniques and methods such as seepage prevention gouting,steel drive pipe and counterbore cutter head are applied in procedure of design and construction which is from groung treatment to becoming bored piles.Finally,good economic results are achieved.
