摘    要:本文就结晶介质的化学成分和合成参数,对立方氮化硼晶体生长特性的影响进行了阐述,研究表明结晶介质成分和合成参数一样,对立方氮化硼结晶的完整性,杂质成分对晶体特性的影响起着重要的作用,指出,往BN-Mg体系中,引入P可培育出不含游离硼的晶体,而往Li3N-NB体系中引入LiH和NH4Cl时,所得到的立方氮化硼具有高的强度和热稳定性。同时还探讨了立方氮化硼在不同体系中的合成及其结晶过程的一般动力学规律,形核速度和生长速度动力学关系的最普遍的特征表明,立方氮化硼的自发成核速度及其生产速度与结晶介质的过饱和和粘度有关。

Abstract:In this paper studies are made on the influence of the chemical compositions of the crystalline medium and the synthesizing parameters upon the growth characteristics of CBN. The results showed that, adding P into BN Mg system can obtain crystals without free carbon, while adding LiH and NH 4Cl into Li 3N BN system can obtain CBN crystals of high strength and high thermal stability. Studies made on the nucleating and growing speed of CBN crystals obtained from different medium system proved that, the self nucleating and growing speed of CBN crystals have correlativity with the oversaturation viscosity of the crystalline medium.
