航空发动机控制系统振动信号处理方法研究

摘    要:针对航空发动机控制系统中对振动信号的监测需求,提出了一种基于多任务实时控制系统的振动信号实现方法.分析了FFT变换的基本原理和算法,提出了一种改进的FFT频域分析算法.同时,在有限的任务资源下,对振动信号的处理过程进行合理拆分,并在多个控制任务中对其进行交叉处理.最终实现了对发动机转子振动信号的解析处理及实时监控.经过大量的分析及试验验证,证明该方案能够较好地满足当前的试验需求,为航空发动机控制系统振动信号进一步的研究工作奠定了基础.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of vibration signal monitoring in aero-engine control system,a processing method of vibration signal based on multi-task and real-time control system is presented.The basic principle and algorithm of FFT are analyzed,and an improved FFT frequency domain analysis algorithm is proposed.Under the limited task resources,the vibration signal processing is divided into several links and realized in multiple control tasks.Finally,the analytical treatment and monitoring of engine rotor's vibration signal are realized.After a great deal of analysis and experimental verification,it is proved that the scheme can meet the current test requirements,and lays the foundation for the further research on the vibration signal of the aero-engine control system.
