摘    要:介绍半水法磷酸萃取槽腐蚀方案设计及对比,提出隔离层采用氯化丁基复合橡胶板,防腐层采用呋喃树脂胶泥衬碳板。实际使用表明,该复合衬里技术具有很好的成本优势,现场施工简单,运行周期长,维修频率低。

Abstract:The design and comparison of corrosion project in extraction tank of hemihydrate process phosphoric acid production are introduced, the isolation layer using chlorinated butyl compound rubber, the anti-corrosion coating using furan resin cement lining carbon is proposed. Proved by practical use, the composite lining technology has a good cost advantage including simple site operation, long operation cycle, low maintenance frequency etc.
