基于图像差分智能交通运动目标检测的设计

摘    要:为了减轻日益严重的交通拥堵问题,实现交通运输智能化控制,设计了基于图像差分的智能交通运动目标检测的软硬件平台.通过对交通运动视频中运动目标的提取、采集、统计、传输等处理,使交通指挥中心可全面掌控交通状况,达到提高道路利用率、解决交通拥堵的作用.结果可知,本系统准确率较高,可作为省道、城市快速路的智能交通系统的一部分.

Abstract:In order to reduce the increasingly serious traffic congestion and realize the intelligent control of transportation,the hardware and software platform of intelligent traffic target detection based on image difference is designed.Through the extraction,collection,statistics,transmission and other treatment of the moving targets in the transportation video,the traffic control center can control the traffic conditions roundly to improve road utilization,and solve the traffic congestion.The results show that the system has a high accuracy and can be used as part of the intelligent transportation system of provincial highway and city expressway.
