| 摘 要： | 以2-萘胺为原料，经重氮化反应、还原反应制得2-萘肼，再与甲基异丙基酮经费歇尔吲哚合成反应制得2，3，3-三甲基-1H-苯并[e]吲哚，再经烷基化反应制得几种不同取代基的苯并吲哚衍生物，其结构经’HNMR表征，并初步研究了几种衍生物的光谱性质．

| Abstract: | By using 2-naphthylamine as raw material, 2-naphthalene hydrazine was synthesized through diazotization and reduction reaction. Then 2, 3, 3-trimethyl-benzo [e] indole was obtained when the 2-naphthalene hydrazine reacted with methyl isopropyl ketone. Several benzindole derivatives with different substituent groups were obtained through alkylation reaction. The structures were characterized by IHNMR and a preliminary study of the spectral quality of the derivatives was conducted. |
