摘    要:为了研究设计的缓冲块承受的载荷是否满足悬架匹配要求,利用abaqus/standard建立缓冲块的有限元模型,根据硬度和缓冲块在上极限的压缩量,反求其支反力,研究设计的缓冲块是否符合设计要求,为缓冲块的设计提供一种指导方向,并通过实验进行实际模型的验证,从而缩短产品的开发周期,节约成本。

Abstract:In order to research the design load of the buffer block whether it meet the suspension matching requirements, establish the buffer block finite element model using abaqus/standard, based on the hardness and the amount of compression,of the buffer block in the upper limit ,acquire the reaction force, research the buffer block design whether it meet design requirements, provide a guidance for the design of the buffer block, and verify the actual model through experiments, so as to shorten the product development cycle, saving the cost.
