“1234”工学结合人才培养模式的探索与实践——以无机非金属材料工程技术专业为例

摘    要:以无机非金属材料工程技术专业"1234"工学结合人才培养模式为例,探讨了"1234"工学结合人才培养模式的内涵,构建了"三结合"课程体系,创新了"三层次"能力递进实训体系,在无机非金属材料工程技术专业工学结合人才培养模式方面进行了有益的探索和实践。

Abstract:With the training mode of work-study combination in Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering as as example,the paper discussed the connotation of the training mode,proposed a combinative curriculum system and improved the original three-level ability progressive training system.Effective exploration and practice were carried out in the work-study combination training modes in the specialty of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials Engineering.
