| 摘 要： | 高技能人才培养已成为国家人才发展战略的重要内容。高职院校作为高技能人才培养的重要基地,有必要通过产学研合作的方式,构建并完善以企业为主体,职业院校为基础,学校教育与企业培养紧密联系,政府推动与社会支持相结合的高技能人才培养培训体系,为地方社会经济发展输送急需的高技能人才。

| Abstract: | The highly skilled personnel training has become an important content of national talent development strategy.The higher vocational colleges as the important base for training higher skilled personnel,it is necessary by the way of enterprise-college-research cooperation to construct and improve the highly skilled personnel training system with the business-oriented,career-based,close connection between school education and business training,the combination of government promotion and social support to supply needed higher skilled personnel for local social and economic development. |
