| 摘 要： | 通过构建一个J1939协议网络来完成电动轮自卸车的数据采集,并把采集到的数据通过触摸屏液晶显示;相比原有的无协议网络的数据采集系统,性能有了大幅提高;针对煤矿企业的实际需要,特别增强了称重数据的采集与记录功能;同时为了适应煤矿企业数字化发展的主流,在机车上加入了GPRS无线数据传输、GPS定位等功能,这些功能的引入,不仅便于煤矿企业对产量进行统计,而且给煤矿企业对机车的数字化管理带来了方便,从而提高企业效益.
