高职高专人才培养类型特征及规格定位的思考

高职高专人才培养应以系统化职业能力培养为第一目标,从类型上区别于学科型人才和专业技术人才培养,从而成为一种高等教育类型的职业人才培养。同时也对高职高专教育在环境资源有限的条件下,做好高职人才类型中高专层次人才培养的规格定位的要素进行了分析和思考,拟确定表里一体的高职高专人才培养类型和规格定位,以指导和检验高职高专人才培养方案和课程的设计,支持高职高专人才培养目标的实现。

Thoughts on Personnel Training Type and Orientation in Higher Vocational Colleges

From problems existed in personnel training modes in higher vocational colleges,the paper argued that personnel training should put systematic vocational ability as the first goal and should have some difference in discipline-oriented personnel training and professional and technical personnel training,making it a vocational personnel training mode of higher education.After reflecting upon and analyzing the elements and orientation of personnel training in secondary and higher vocational education,the authors initially decided a training type suitable for it,so as to guide and check the present training plan and curriculum design for higher vocational education and support the achievement of its training goal.
