提高昆明冶专校内示范实训基地使用率的探讨

目前,示范院校共享型实训基地多数已初步建成,但仍存在着开放力度不够、准市场化运作效果不明显、软硬件不配套、实训师资短缺、管理水平不高等问题,没能充分发挥出示范院校面向地方经济建设与服务社会发展的作用。以昆明冶专为例,通过对校内实训基地使用的分析,提出提高实训基地使用率应体现在开放性上:努力把示范院校实训基地建成集教学、培训、科研、产品研发、职业技能鉴定和技术服务为一体;以服务本校为主,与周边(高、中等)职业院校共享;向社会和行业提供技术服务、技能培训、职业技能鉴定、产品开发等。

Exploration in the Usage of Training Bases in Kunming Metallurgy College

At present,most model colleges have initially established sharing training bases with the support of enterprises and government.But there are so many problems exist that these training bases haven＇t play a full role in local economy construction and social development.These problems are： the training bases are not open enough to teachers and students,the effect of pro-market orientation is not obvious,the software and hardware are not compatible,teachers are not enough and the management is not effective.With Kunming Metallurgy College as an example,the paper put forward some points to improve the usage of training bases,including to build the training bases in model colleges into a comprehensive one integrated with teaching,training,scientific research,product development,occupational skill testing and technical services;and to share the resources with neighboring colleges and provide the society and the industry with services as professional training,vocational proficiency evaluation and product development.
