已腐蚀钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳特性

摘    要:为了预测在役混凝土梁的剩余寿命及选择合适的加固方法,在总结近年来国内外有关腐蚀混凝土梁疲劳特性研究成果的基础上,分析了影响腐蚀梁疲劳寿命的主要因素.研究表明,环境越恶劣,混凝土梁疲劳寿命越小;即使钢筋轻微腐蚀,梁的疲劳寿命下降也很明显;采用FRP加固已腐蚀梁是提高其疲劳寿命的有效方法.

Abstract:Many RC beams not only were damaged by the aggressive environment but also were subjected to the cyclic loads.When the RC beam was subjected to both corrosive environment and fatigue load at same time,the fatigue life of the beam decreased remarkably.In order to forecast the residual life of the existing RC structure and choose the adaptive retrofitting ways,this paper summarizes the latest research achievements about the fatigue property of corroded RC beams,analyzes the main influence factors on the fatigue life of the corroded RC beams.The results show that the more severe environment is,the lower fatigue life of RC beam is.The light corrosion level of steel bar may result in a significant reduction in fatigue life of RC beam.The corroded RC beams retrofitted using Fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)is a good way for improving the fatigue behavior.
