| 摘 要： | 对北京平谷应急水源工程等工程实例进行了分析，对比了不同设计方案对工程造价的影响，结果表明设计阶段是控制给排水项目工程造价的关键。因此在给排水项目建设中，建设单位和设计单位应高度重视项目设计阶段的多方案经济分析，以取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of practical engineering of the emergency water supply projects in Pinggu County of Beijing, the paper evaluates the impacts of various design schemes on overall project cost. Results show that cost control in the design phase is critical for a successful overall cost control of municipal water and wastewater project. Therefore, special attention should be paid to economic analysis of multi-schemes in the design phase of projects by both construction enterprises and design institutes to achieve good economic and social benefits. |
