低频导波与远场涡流组合检测技术及其应用

摘    要:在对低频导波与远场涡流技术原理进行初步分析的基础上,提出了低频导波与远场涡流组合技术应用于工业管道腐蚀缺陷检测的方法:首先用低频导波技术对管道进行快速扫描,在发现异常信号区域,利用远场涡流技术进行缺陷精确定位并量化。利用该组合技术对某架空管段缺陷进行了检测应用,结果表明两种技术能相互补充,并有效提升了管体腐蚀缺陷的检测效果。

Abstract:Based on the preliminary analysis of the principles of low-frequency guided wave and far-field eddy current technologies, the method to employ these teehniques in the inspection of corrosion defects existed in industrial piping was proposed in this article. First, low-frequency guided wave is used to fast scan the piping. In the area in which there is abnormal signal, far-field eddy current is, then, applied to precisely loeate the defect and to obtain the defect size. This combined technique has been applied in the inspection for one overhead piping. The result showed that these two techniques can be employed in the respect in which their advantages can be made in use. By using this combined teehnique, the efficiency of the inspection of corrosion defect in piping is increased.
