摘    要:对超微粉碎之前的原料猪骨进行高压处理,处理后的骨头的硬度随处理条件的不同而不同,本实验根据使用的HMB-701超微粉碎机的工作原理,对处理过的骨的垂直折断力和挤压力进行分析,经过计算得出骨头的破坏应力,这不仅能简化对粉碎过程的分析,而且能反映出不同处理方法对原料骨的硬度的影响,可以进而筛选出最佳的前处理工艺。经过实验对比,超微粉碎的高压前处理条件确定为处理压力0.15MPa、处理时间60min。

Abstract:Before suferfine comminution,the pre-treatment,pressurization of pig bone is required. Evidently,the hardness of treated bone varies with pressurization conditions. In this study,the perpendicular shear force and extrusion force and Paralle extrusion force and parallel extrusion force of the treated bone were analyzed according to the principle of the used HMB-701 type micronizer,and then the failure stress was calculated. This could not only simplify the process of analysis,but also reveal the effects of different pre-treatment conditions on the hardness of bone. Futhermore,the best pretreatment technology could be obtained. According to experimental results,the best pre-treatment technology is determined as treating pig bone for 60 min at 0.15 MPa.
