加油锥套对大气数据测量的影响分析

摘    要:采用流体仿真计算,就空中加油过程中受油机逼近加油锥套时,加油锥套对受油机大气数据测量的影响进行了分析。为了简化仿真建模并方便后处理,提出了受油机位置不动,而将加油锥套置于不同站位从而对两者的相对运动进行建模的方法,同时将加油锥套对大气数据测量的影响转化为有、无加油锥套的大气数据测量结果的比较,从而实现了对上述影响的定量分析。从仿真结果来看,加油锥套对受油机的大气数据测量有显著影响,并由此可能导致座舱显示大气参数跳变以及触发飞控系统报大气参数故障。该结论对空中加油飞行员培训及飞控系统大气参数报故逻辑设计有参考价值。

Analysis on Influence of Refueling Cone Sleeve on Atmospheric Data Measurement
Abstract:By using computational fluid dynamic(CFD),the influence of refueling cone sleeve on the atmospheric data measurement of fuel receiver is analyzed when the fuel receiver approaches the refueling cone sleeve in the process of aerial refueling.In order to simplify the simulation modeling and facilitate the post-processing,the relative motion of the oil receiver and the refueling cone sleeve is modeled by placing the refueling cone sleeve at different stations.The influence analysis of refueling cone sleeve on atmospheric data measurement is transformed into the comparison of atmospheric data measurement results with and without the refueling cone sleeve,so as to realize the quantitative analysis of the above influence.From the simulation results,the refueling cone sleeve has a significant impact on the atmospheric data measurement of the fuel receiver,which may lead to the jump of the atmospheric parameters displayed in the cockpit and trigger the flight control system to report a fault.The conclusion has reference value for the training of the pilot and the logic design of atmospheric data fault reporting of the flight control system in refueling process.
