绕阳河中上游历史暴雨洪水分析

绕阳河为辽河干流一条主要支流，流域面积为10438km^2，其上游植被较差，为暴雨洪水多发区，防汛任务繁重。本文采用该流域历史上前5位的暴雨洪水资料，对流域暴雨成因、暴雨洪水特性进行了分析，提出了做好该流域防汛工作的措施和建议。

Historical Storm-Flood Analysis in the Upper-stream of the Raoyan River

Raoyang River is a key tributary of the Liao River with 10,438 km^2 of catchment areas. The flood controls in Raoyang River are in challenges because the upper stream of Raoyang River has poor vegetation and resulting in flood occurred frequently. The genetic analysis of storm-flood and its properties have been identified in this paper with the historical data of heavy flood ranked from the first to the fifth. The measures for flood controls in Raoyang River were proposed.
