| 摘 要： | 针对传统测试总线设备入网升级改造的需求,研究了LXI总线C类接口测试技术的应用。分别对LXI总线C类测试接口及其扩展总线接口的硬件电路进行设计,给出了嵌入式Web服务器和Web界面的软件设计。设计实现表明,LXI总线C类接口的改造设计在不改变原有设备硬件的基础上,满足了传统测试设备的入网需求。

| Abstract: | The application of LXI bus C-type interface testing technology is researched to meet the demands for upgrading and reconstructing traditional test devices to implement network access.The hardware circuits of LXI bus C-type interface and extensional bus interface are designed respectively,the software design of the embedded Web server and Web interface are given.The implementation of design indicates that the design fully meets the requirement of network access for traditional test devices while without any hardware change of original test devices. |
