锅炉点火和火焰检测问题解决和完善

Solution and Optimization for the Problems of Boiler Ignition and Flame Detection

Aiming at the problems existing in ignition process of gas fired boiler,and in accordance with the knowledge of structure of boiler facilities and working principle of the burner,the boiler flame detection and protection system is analyzed,and the reasons causing the difficulties in ignition are found and analyzed.Through implementing some improvements and processing methods,the success rate of boiler ignition is practically improved.The results of practice show that the methods acquire good effects and basically solve the difficulties and problems in boiler ignition.
