摘    要:本文通过对间接加热连续脱硅工艺的计算.对工艺选择进行了分析.根据实际运行的设备形式和存在的问题.采用类比法从重量、阻力损失、流速、长度、换热效果等角度进行分析,选择五套管换热器.经实际生产运行证明,可以满足生产要求。

Abstract:The paper calculates the process of continuous de-silication by indirect heating and analyzes the selection of process. Based on the practical operation of the equipment and the existing problems, it chooses five sets of tube exchangers in terms of weight, loss of resistance, velocity of flow, length, results of exchanging and so on, which proves to be satisfied.
