| 摘 要： | 溶胶-凝胶法是一种有发展潜力的制备方法,采用溶胶-凝胶法可获得纯度高、粒度细的优质硬质合金粉末,可解决传统的CVD、PVD等涂层结合力不高的问题。本文介绍了溶胶-凝胶法的基本原理,综述了该方法在硬质合金刀具材料制备技术中制粉和涂层两方面的应用和发展情况。

| Abstract: | Sol-gel technology is an appealing preparation method. Using the method, fine and high purity powder can be prepared, mgher binding force than CVD and PVD coatings can be achieved. The principle of the sol-gel technology was introduced in this paper, and the application and development in the preparation of powder and coating in the fabrication of cemented carbide tool were also summarized. |
