丁烷氧化制顺酐用V-P-O催化剂的结构及其对活性的影响

摘    要:在不同水含量有机法制备的V-P-O催化剂母体或La、Fe助催化的V-P-O催化剂母体中,均含有VOHPO_4·H_2O.随着原料中及制备过程中水含量的减少,使用后的V-P-O催化剂中(VO)_zP_2O_7含量逐渐增多,提高了催化剂对正丁烷氧化制顺酐的活性.Fe的加入有助于正丁烷的转化,但选择性降低.

Abstract:In the V-P-O catalyst precursors, whether made by organic method with different water contents or promot-ed by La or Fe,all contain VOHPO4 ·1/2 H2O. As the amount of water used in preparation or contained in reagents decreased,the content of (VO)2P2O7 in V-P-O catalysts after used gradually increased,and the activity for maleic anhydride by oxidizing n-butane was enhanced, while Fe existing in catalyst the conversion of n-butane was enhanced,but the selectivity for maleic anhydride decreased.
