Discussion on the Organization of Technical Archives in the Design of Hydropower Projects

The archive organization principles, stages and steps for design documents of hydropower projects are intro- duced. Features of the hydropower project should be considered in the organization of technical archives, such as multi- stage, long duration, high personnel mobility, professional and so on. To facilitate the process of document retrieval, query and utilization, the organization procedures should be normative, standard and scientific, under the guidance of the state and industrial regulations and specifications. In the end, some issues encountered in the practice are dis- cussed.
