混合动力摩托车用无刷直流电机驱动系统研究

摘    要:针对摩托车的环境污染问题,对能够实现节能减排的混合动力摩托车进行了研究。首先,在借鉴混合电动汽车研究成功经验的基础上,对混合动力摩托车的驱动系统进行了分析,并在此基础上完成了对800 W无刷直流电机驱动系统的研究,处理器选用80C196KC16位单片机,功率器件选用MOSFET,驱动芯片选用IR2101。在软件设计中采用了防脉冲干扰平均值软件滤波法和模糊PI控制算法,实现了闭环控制。试验结果表明,驱动系统可以满足混合动力摩托车的工作要求,为进一步进行混合动力摩托车的开发打下了基础。
