| 摘 要： | H2C2O4既是弱酸又是还原剂,以H2C2O4作酸化液提取的琼胶的凝胶强度明显高于用HCl、H2SO4作酸化液的琼胶凝胶强度,且有明显的增白作用。本文对H2C2O4在NaClO法漂白江蓠藻中的应用进行了研究,提出了在NaClO漂白江蓠藻后再用稀H2C2O4溶液进行二次酸化处理,可提取得到高强度的琼胶,同时产品白度、出胶率也比较理想。

| Abstract: | H2C2 O4is a weak acid as well as a reducer.The g el streng th of ag ar extracted with H 2 C 2 O 4 as acidifier is obviously hig her than that of ag ar extracted with HCI or H 2 SO4 as acidifier.Meanwhile,H 2 C 2O 4 has an effect of bleaching .The paper explores the application of H 2 C 2 O 4 in bleaching g racilaria in the way of NaClO.The study shows that hig hg el streng th ag ar can be obtained by acidifying in H 2 C 2 O 4 solution after bleaching g racilaria,with ideal whiteness and extraction yield of agar. |
