摘    要:考虑城市地下空间的灾害特点和防灾措施,建立了涵盖火灾、炸弹和生化恐怖袭击、水灾、地震四种主要灾种的多层地下交通枢纽安全评估指标体系.根据所建立的多层次指标体系,基于三标度法构造了判断矩阵.采用一种改进的层次分析法,得到了评价指标对各个评价目标的相对权重.研究结果表明,按照所提出的计算步骤,能够有效地为多层地下交通枢纽的多灾种安全评价提供基础数据.
