针对全国计算机等级考试的考试组织实施状况,在抽样调查数千名考生的数据资料并进行数据挖掘分析研究的基础上,提出使用"计算机技能资格考试定位比较系统"为应试考生群体定位,建议以"考试纯净度"指标体系定量考核省市考试中心与地区考点,建立更加公平公正的考生成绩评定标准的观点。结合数年的研究实践,在NCRE考试对象、考试科目、考试制度等方面已取得阶段性成果。

Research on National Computer Rank Examination

For the National Computer Rank Examination organization and implementation status,the paper describes a sample of thousands of candidate data and based on the proposed use of ＂Computer Skills Examination Comparative Positioning System＂for the candidates group classification.To give candidates for a more fair and equitable performance evaluation standards,recommended the establishment of the ＂Purity Examination Index＂,in order to quantitative evaluation all regional examination centers.After several years of research and practice,it has achieved initial results.
