浅谈传统PSTN端局核心设备的优化改造

传统的PSTN网络在九十年初以程控交换为核心技术迅速崛起，发展至今已有二十多年，随着网络全面向IP化方向发展，部分设备厂商已停止提供传统PSTN交换网核心部件，增加了网络运维压力和风险；同时全网有45％交换机、三年后将有74％的交换机运行时间超过15年，老化严重面临退网的局面。
