摘    要:首先介绍了用伏安法测量电阻、电容和电感参数的原理。根据用自由轴法分离出矢量电压的实部和虚部的原理,提出了使用数字混频技术替代传统相敏检波实现测量的思路,并给出了具体的实现方法。该方法可简化电路结构,提高系统稳定性和测量精度,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:Firstly the principle using volt-ampere method to measure resistance,capacitance and inductance parameters is introduced.Then according to the principle using free-axis method to separate the real and imaginary parts of vector voltage,we present the idea of using digital quadrature mixing circuit to replace traditional phase-sensitive detection circuit,and provide specific realization method.This method can simplify the circuit structure and improve the stability and measuring accuracy of the system,it has high practical value.
