本文主要从工程角度探讨了中国铁路GSM—R网络互联互通的重要性和必要性，在给出国外互联互通测试进展的基础上，着重从我国GSM—R互联互通测试的主要接口及测试内容、测试环境搭建、测试实施步骤、实施效果等方面进行了阐述。
