| 摘 要： | 网络拥塞是由于网络业务流不可预测的流量突发现象造成的。文章从考虑网络业务流突发现象产生的特点出发，采用可用带宽测量技术和流量整形技术，提出了一种针对传统网络拥塞控制算法的改进算法（TCP2Shape）。
