| 摘 要： | 针对高校在软件工程人才培养实践教学过程中存在校企合作松散、管理手段缺乏等问题,在分析高校人才培养如何与企业需求对接的基础上,文章提出一种紧密、有机的校企合作模式,继而构建校企合作的实践教学体系,强化实践过程中的企业化管理和项目交付目标。这种方法在实际实施过程中取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | In view of personnel training in software engineering university practice teaching school-enterprise cooperation exist processing loose and lack of management method. This paper presents a close and organic school-enterprise cooperation model, based on docking university personnel training and enterprise needs, build the practice of school-enterprise cooperation teaching system, strengthen the practice of enterprise management and project delivery, and in the actual implementation process and achieved good results. |
