摘    要:根据某矿山不良围岩的主井工程变形破坏特征,分析了该工程变形破坏的主要影响因素,在此基础上,进行了不同支护方案的井筒变形分析和稳定性研究,提出了释放位移的让压支护施工工艺,并通过数值模拟,建立了不同支护条件井筒收敛变形和工程稳定性与支护参数的关系,明确了最大允许释放位移量.根据理论分析和数值模拟确定了主井返修支护方案,并进行返修试验段试验.返修主井工程的变形监测和强度计算结果表明:主井返修支护方案是比较合理和安全可靠的,并在主井的返修施工中得以采用.目前,主井返修施工已经全部完成,工程基本处于稳定状态.
