| 摘 要： | 在球形Ni(OH)2制备过程中高盐度、高碱度、高温和强对流的环境因素导致pH电极稳定性降低,寿命缩短,pH参数检测和控制困难,为此采用反应釜外检测相对pH值的方法,设计pH在线检测装置和基于组态软件和可编程控制器的pH值在线控制系统,实现了pH值在0.02～0.05的微小波动范围测量,现场控制效果良好.
