摘    要:某电厂660MW超超临界锅炉在吹灰过程中存在吹灰蒸汽温度投自动时减温水调节阀频繁波动且调节阀磨损严重的问题。本文首先对该工程吹灰系统设计减温水系统的必要性进行了分析,其次对锅炉吹灰过程中蒸汽温度投自动时减温水调节阀频繁波动,调节阀磨损严重等问题进行了原因分析并提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:When the temperature of soot blowing steam is put into automatic mode,there are frequent fluctuations of spray control valve during the soot blowing process of 660MW Ultra Supercritical Boiler in a power plant and the spray control valve is seriously worn.This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of spray system design for the soot blowing system,secondly analyzes the reason of frequent fluctua・tions of spray control valve during the soot blowing when the temperature of soot blowing steam is put into automatic mode and spray control valve seriously worn,and the corresponding improvement meas-ures are proposed finaly.
