摘    要:针对某600MW超临界锅炉末再出口管接头异种钢焊缝及集箱管座反复出现开裂及泄漏的问题,本文利用ANSYS、CAESARⅡ等计算软件对异种钢焊缝、小集箱管接头等部位进行计算。分析探讨壁温与异种钢焊缝热应力间的关系,以及异种钢管屏轴向膨胀差对集箱管座应力的影响。结合本文的分析,提出合理的综合整改措施。

Abstract:In this paper, ANSYS and CAEASRⅡ are used to analysis the cracking and leaking problem of RH weld part of different kind of steel of outlet panels and header nozzles of 600 MW super-critical boiler. The relationship of metal temperature and thermal stress of weld part of different kind of steel are analyzed, and the effect of axial expansion on stress of nozzles is also calculated. Reasonable solution method is proposed base on analysis in this paper.
