腹鳍支座前交点锥度孔专用刀具系列的设计与应用

摘    要:腹鳍支座前交点1:20锥度孔的加工余量大,加工空间受限,是飞机装配加工中的难点。为此,设计和制造了加工该孔的系列刀具并投入使用,解决了腹鳍支座前交点1:20锥度孔的加工难题。通过对刀具结构、齿形、限位方式和加工工艺等方面的创新,首次实现了在飞机上在机加工改制锥度孔,避免了飞机往返主机厂进行返修,极大地缩短了任务周期。

Abstract:The 1:20 taper hole at pelvic seat front intersection have a big stock and limited space to machine,which is a major difficulty in aircraft assembly machining.The special tool series for machining the hole is designed,manufactured and applied,and the problem is solved smoothly.By innovations in tool structure,tooth shape,limit mode and processing technology,the on-aircraft reforming of the taper hole are realized for the first time,therefore avoiding the aircraft returning to the main factory for repair and shortening the task cycle greatly.
