摘    要:智能化的切削过程监测技术已逐渐成为提升生产效率和产品质量的重要手段。为克服传统有线式振动采集系统振动衰减、安装不便和移植性差等缺陷,开发了面向铣削加工过程在线监测的智能测振刀柄系统,并开展了锤击法模态试验和不同刀具状态下的铣削加工试验,验证了该系统的实用性、可靠性和有效性。

Abstract:Intelligent cutting process monitoring technology has gradually become an important means to improve production efficiency and product quality.In order to overcome the defects of vibration attenuation,inconvenient installation and poor portability of the traditional wired vibration acquisition systems,a wireless vibration sensing tool holder system for on-line monitoring of the milling process is developed.The modal experiments with the impact hammer are carried out to analyze the dynamic performance.Milling experiments with 2 milling cutters of different wear states are performed,the practicability,reliability and effectiveness of the system are verified.
